First of all, after confirming the order, we will draw up a proforma invoice providing payment terms and bank information, Once we confirm the advanced payment, we will update you on the shipping date and start ordering goods from the factory. We will start to print label and arrange labeling for the products at the same time. After labeling is completed, we can arrange the trailer for container loading and send the final list to the customer to make the balance payment before shipment.

This has two situations.

The first is FCL. For FCL, our company can handle China’s customs declaration and provide cargo booking which is FOB and CIF. We will provide INVOICE, PACKING LIST, and BL (bill of lading) to you. After the container arrives at the port of destination, the customer needs to arrange a local customs clearance company/agent for customs clearance and towing. Generally, the whole container of food needs to be operated on both sides. We can handle everything in China, you only need to solve the customs clearance at the port of destination.

The second type is bulk cargo, which is not enough for an order of one container. For bulk cargo, the logistics arrangement will be shared with other customers, and the bulk cargo will be delivered to the door with double clearance, without customs declaration and customs clearance, and the goods will go directly to your warehouse. You only need to provide the delivery address and the consignee information. Bulk cargo logistics needs to be arranged by customers in some regions and countries. At present, the bulk cargo logistics countries that our company has done are Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.

After we confirm the order, we will provide you proforma invoice for your reference. We Accept 70% of the total amount as deposit, and 30% as balance before shipment.

Currently, we trade with RMB/USD/EUR/AUD, and we provide INVOICE.

Yes, of course, you can send other goods to our warehouse. We are pleasure to help you load it in the container, but we need to charge for handling and labeling.

Yes, you can confirm the loading time with your agent, and send us the container for product loading, if you decide not to use our warehouse service, we can send the stocks to the warehouse you appointed.
